"The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The disappointment comes with the pool. I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. I arrived and there was a note at the front desk that it was closed and if that bothered us we could get a full refund. "I was so tired I just wanted to rest. I would have appreciated it if they had asked me if the noise bothered me or not! A train was passing by constantly; it was as if the blessed train was inside the room. I asked them to park my car, but they wouldn't accept my credit card. They made me scan a system that didn't work day or night! Now I'm having nightmares about that train. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, not in this life, not in the next."

"I booked 3 rooms for the weekend and all of them has bed bugs. We could not sleep at all, I had multiple bedbugs bites and went down at 3”2am asking for another room which they did But it had the same problem Bed Bugs. We decided to leave around 6am and had to come back around 10am to ask the manager for a refund which he was already aware because the night Receptionist asked for a refund of my money because he was aware of this problem. Terrible experience in this location."

"We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable."

"I did reserve the room through the app. They gave me a key from a room that was occupied by 2 males and I open the room at that moment when they was having sex. And after all that incident they gave me a room that looks like nobody clean it, the shampoo little bottle was empty and just two towels, the shower did look nasty with hair on the shower head and everything did looks like it didn't was clean. And also they start knocking from 9:45 like there was a fire outside just for the check out,...

"The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "
