"An excellent Guest House run by the ever helpful Jan, who keeps the whole house immaculate. Easy parking outside the house in quieter months and a short walk away in busy times with the supplied permit from Jan. The house is central inside the town walls and so only 5 mins walk to the Castle, shops and pubs. "

"It was a reasonably late decision to book our stay but we’re so glad we did! We were doing a night climb of Snowdon and Ty’n Rhos was the perfect evening before getting up at 3am! The owner, staff were all great and the rooms were very warm and comfortable. "

"Cabin was awesome everything was spot on. Location was ideal for us for our weekend. Credit to the owners. My Girlfriend loved the horses. The views are amazing so peacefull. Couldnt belive how dark it was at night with no light polution. So much to see and do locally ran out of time. The Hot tub was great the hamper was thoughtfull. So peacefull. Best stay away we have had going to be hard to beat. Will be back again soon. "

"Property was very spacious, it was nice having an extra living space/games room for the kids to play on their console. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. "About Property: Tones of issues 1) House was not cleaned at all. It was full of dust and spider web everywhere. No vacuum cleaner in the house, no cleaner was available.
