"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. "Qua locatie een goed verblijf. Het was een zeer ruim appartement/huis, maar niet proper en wat afgeleefd. Wij waren met 5, maar de 5e slaapplaats was een doorgezakt inklapbed, er waren maar 4 stoelen en maar 4 vorken. Verduistering was ook kapot. Parking was merendeel van de tijd niet beschikbaar (wel betaalparking op wandelafstand). De andere verblijven waren volgens mij niet aan toeristen verhuurd. Geen aanrader voor reis met gezin."

"Basic facilities not working and no response from staff! Shower stopped working and reception said they couldn’t fix it until days later and couldn't offer me an alternative room. Calls to the management go to voicemail. Emailed them asking for a partial refund, no reply at a week later. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests. Really bad experience."

"Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable.
