"Stayed for two days to catch a show at the sphere. All of the staff were great, some of them were excellent like our bell guy Dean, who went above & beyond bringing our bags & extra waters to our room. Our room kinda smelled like farts when we checked in & he showed us how to open the window & where a balcony was if we needed more air. Said if the smell didn’t go away to ask to switch. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
