"This was a very good hotel."

"The staff was very warm and welcoming, and we have absolutely no complaints about the room itself. However, the shower was not great and the sink in the bathroom did not drain other than that. It was a five star."

"After driving 10ish hours from Lexington, Kentucky, we arrived at the property to be told that we didn’t have a room there. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but if you’ve oversold the property, the front desk should have that info to give to the guests who are getting screwed over. He didn’t seem to have any information at all on what was happening, so I drove another half hour to a different hotel who was able to accommodate me."

"The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol "

"Prices keep increasing. Loud, obnoxious neighbors. Rude employees. Hallway smells like cat pee, and no fridge or microwave unless you pay more for room. The only good thing about the property is the location "

"Paid for two rooms, but one of the rooms had a bad smell. They said theyd take care of it while we were out for dinner. I came back to the room unannounced to an ozone machine running at 8:30pm. You cant be in a room with ozone running for a minumum of 4 hours and in most cases its recommneded 24 hrs or more with limited airflow, like in a hotel. The night manager, minimized it and would not give us a dofferent room or money back. "

"Check-in was fine, room was clean. Hospitality’s staff was loud and obnoxious when we were trying to sleep in the morning. Breakfast was below average. MUCH better when Dunkin was there. Overall, for the price, it was average. I would go back, but not for more than $125/night."
