"I'm sure there might be friendlier hotels in the world, but I don't see how. This was, by far, the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Everyone was helpful and exceedingly polite. The rooms were great and comfortable. They had AC! Breakfast was fantastic. Communication was great. All reasons to give the hotel 5 stars. But then there's the location. Just steps away from central Rothenburg and less than a minute's walk the the market square. 5 stars ( but only because I can't give it more). "

"War für ein paar Tage während einer Geschäftsreise im Hürner und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hatte ein tolles Apartment, wo es mir an nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr geräumig. "This hotel made our time in Germany absolutely amazing. The staff was just so stellar from day 1 to the day 6. We loved the personal touches from everyone. Breakfast every morning was just so nicely done and the atmosphere with the large windows really made getting the day started such a pleasure. Nearby Ansbach has a great little downtown area when you walk across the bridge out of the back entrance from the Bruckencenter (mall). It is just the perfect location to access the bigger cities...
