"Air conditioner was perfect. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a 4-10. We had premade egg omelet with cheese that were over cooked and rubbery. The hash browns were delicious though. There was a waffle maker station and oatmeal station. Yogurt and fruit. The room was nice. But Water pressure was terrible. The upgrades to the rooms were noted though. "Sign in is by texting a room number and lock code to you. You were to get it at 3pm, I had to call the contact number as I didn't receive the text. Judy showed up in a few minutes and all was good."

"The pool was CLOSED! We always choose a hotel with a nice pool for our special needs daughter. We chose this one for that feature and were sorely disappointed that we couldn't use it.
