"Andres was very rude to myself and my family.
The place is over crowded and the breakfast is a zoo.
The best part of our stay was the bell hops. They were great."

"What a lovely new hotel near Chase Center and the happenings in the Mission Bay area! The top-corner-view rooms are pretty spectacular. The art in the hotel is very cool, especially in the coffee area. We did not use LUMA food delivery robots but they are fun to watch! We will be back for sure."
