"Best location. Staff was wonderful. Pool was wonderful. Bed was comfortable. My room made me feel like I was staying in a college dorm. Only a couch. Not comfortable. Hardly any dishes. Everything needs to be painted. Had a great time with the other guests. But it really seemed like the owner does not care about the property."

As a HR director I analyze, which can be a positive or can be looked down on when it comes to metrically looking at a wholistic view. This tall individual worked at the connected Sloppy Joes.. "The room is a good size and really liked that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My husband and I brought his mom there to celebrate her 80th birthday. She wanted to be on the water. So the room set up worked perfect for our situation. One bedroom has a glass slider for the terrace overlooking the bay. The view is amazing. The size of the balcony/terrace is great too, which extends so far you can walk out from the living room or bedroom. The vibe of the outdoor pool and 80’s music is literally perfect. The room is not fancy, it is more functional than anything. Fridge, microwave and oven. Along with some basics that you’ll need with a small kitchen. However, couch and chair are of the cheapest and most uncomfortable make. And the coffee maker is really sad. Just a small upgrade on that alone would make looking past the couch and chair. Great view, great vibe, good size room with a lot of things you need but some small changes would make it even nicer."

"The place, the staff… above reproach! It’s like being at home but without the fighting. Staff is so helpful and friendly and the location is perfect. Walgreens within walking distance and you cannot beat having a Dunkin’ Doughnuts steps away. WIFI, EXCELLENT! worked inside and outside without issues. I was able to host zoom and teams meetings all day long. Great remove work option!"

"This was our 3rd or 4th time at Sunset Vistas. Sadly, it will be our last time. These rooms are "dated" to put it mildly. Mold around the bathtubs. We told the front desk person. She just shrugged and said, "The rooms are scheduled for an update." They wouldn't clean up the mold nor would they change our room. Not enough room around the pool... very congested. Drinks are waaaayyyy too expensive at their bar. In short, there are better options than Sunset Vistas."

"I have stayed here twice. I like the old-style Florida beach motel. Can hardly be closer to the beach. Love it here. Robert is great to visit too. Always a pleasure."

"The grounds were kept very clean and the hosts were very attentive and available during business hours. The pool could be cleaned; the bottom of the pool had some discoloration and needs to be repainted. Great location near the beach and paved trail on the beach makes for convenient walks. Close to food and several ice cream shops. (Which is very important on vacation) Overall, a great experience! We would return there for another stay."
