"A couple of broken items like towel rack, sink plug, curtain holder and porch chair. Otherwise it very much suited out needs. Recommend a tankless water heater for bigger families. Nice view of ocean and beach! Towels were great. Love the code lock on the door making it easy for everyone in the family to access the condo."

"This was our 3rd or 4th time at Sunset Vistas. Sadly, it will be our last time. These rooms are "dated" to put it mildly. Mold around the bathtubs. We told the front desk person. She just shrugged and said, "The rooms are scheduled for an update." They wouldn't clean up the mold nor would they change our room. Not enough room around the pool... very congested. Drinks are waaaayyyy too expensive at their bar.
In short, there are better options than Sunset Vistas."

"Everything was as advertised. Clean, directly on the beach for the Gulf side units. Beach was pristine. Walk along the beach to Caddy's for lunch. Water was crystal clear. Would stay again."

"The room is a good size and really liked that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My husband and I brought his mom there to celebrate her 80th birthday. She wanted to be on the water. So the room set up worked perfect for our situation. One bedroom has a glass slider for the terrace overlooking the bay.
The view is amazing. The size of the balcony/terrace is great too, which extends so far you can walk out from the living room or bedroom. The vibe of the outdoor pool and 80’s music is...

"The ceiling fan was covered in dust and didn’t work. The AC unit drip pan outside of room was never emptied. The trash cans were overflowing. The pool area was never cleaned up and there were multiple broken chairs. There was no one in the office to speak to. Staff response to complaints were subpar. The motel is old and the renovations seem to be just paint slapped on to make it look “refreshed”. "

It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend! The inns location and parking were perfect, we were at the beach within minutes!
