"So happy to be back! The friendliest staff on the planet. Bar well stocked and happy bartenders. Always live music. Guys taking care of the beach chairs and umbrellas are fantastic. The rooms could stand to be a little cleaner (bleach the corners of the showers!), but it is a beach resort and you have to expect a bit of sand and salt. Can’t wait to go back next year!"

"I had such a great stay at Carlton House Suites and Motel—this place was perfect! It’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and only about a 10-minute drive to the Pass-a-Grille area, which made exploring super easy. There are also so many fun restaurants nearby, so we always had great options. You can absolutely do a day trip to clearwater, treasure island, and Tampa. They are all very close! The room was very clean, and I really appreciated that trash was picked up daily along with fresh towels. The kitchenette was the perfect size and had everything we needed—fridge, sink, and microwave. The flat-screen smart TV was a nice bonus too. Another big plus was the parking—it was easy and convenient, which made coming and going stress-free. One thing I loved most was how quiet the property is—it made for a really relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I can’t wait to get back to St. Pete Beach and stay here again! "
