"The room was very clean as well as the property. The staff were phenomenal. All of them were very kind and helpful. One of the other guests told me a family staying there jumped the fence to the pool the night before I checked in and they were very loud most of the night. I talked to the manager about this. She said they were aware of the incident and spoke to the guests about it. She gave me her cell phone number and told me to call her if it happened again. Great customer service!! Loved the...
