"The Crystal Bat hotel was impeccably clean and dignified in its presentation. The grandeur from an earlier time was preserved. The buffet breakfast served each morning was fresh, delicious, and the chef was so amenable and he even prepared GF breakfasts for my husband who is celiac. The Hotel was quiet and amenities were many, including a beautiful pool with towels and sunscreen supplied, tea and coffee always available, and ice water. "Everything was as advertised. Clean, directly on the beach for the Gulf side units. Beach was pristine. Walk along the beach to Caddy's for lunch. Water was crystal clear. Would stay again."

"This was a great spot for a family vacation with young kids. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars are nit picky - floor in room was def dirty, pool music was bad/really loud, never really stocked the pool with towels. But the staff was super friendly, we’d stay again!"

"The view of the beach from the 6th floor was gorgeous. The staff was very kind and helpful, and even before my trip answered all my questions with a very speedy response. My family of 5 fit comfortably in this condo, with every comfort of home! The pool was only 5ft deep, which was great for my younger children. Walking the trail along the beach in the mornings was a highlight, and there's restaurants, gift shops, and a publix and dunkin all within a short walk. We loved our stay, thank you! "

"The room was clean but we woke up to a cockroach by the bed. The sheets were stained. Overall so unimpressed with this place for the amount of money I paid. I also asked for a refund after seeing the condition of the place but was not able to get one. The pictures do not look like the actual building or rooms. So unfortunate. "
