"Great place for your buck. Everything was clean and well put together. Smart tv’s and 2 air conditioners made it very comfortable. Pull out couch if needed. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Restaurants and bars are all walking distance. Quiet for the most part. Toasted Monkey was a block over and gets pretty loud on weekend nights but didn’t bother us. Some places surrounding the area are abandon. I would assume from past hurricanes. I would definitely stay again."

"it was a very nice spot a few steps away from the beach. Literally the only issue was the parking. Down a really narrow ally with very minimal space. Other than that the rooms were clean and updated! Pool was perfect and the hammocks were awesome! Beautiful beach really enjoyed the stay"

"This hotel had great beach access and an awesome on site pool. The beach access would check you in, set you up with loungers and an umbrella. Very cool. The best part though, handicap accessible. Wife is in a wheelchair, no use of legs. Not only was the ada room great but they had on site a beach wheelchair. No having to rent one for $500! They had handicaps electric chairs for the pool and the hot tub. The room had an automatic door. This was the real winner here. They made our vacation so...

"Very disappointed! After spending so many years at the beachcomber and advising friends and family to go, if management doesn’t understand customer service it’s a total failure. Been going to the beachcomber since 2012 probably and easily spent over $50,000 on our trips. Totally unacceptable to expect hundreds of residents to stay in a 10 person pool, no tv or internet for 3 days pool down 4 days out of 6. "Property was built in 1962 so you can expect an older beach town setting …. Although they have upgraded the rooms you still see have an old motel type of feel to it ….. the pools were dated and a lot of patch work easily seen…. The staff was amazing and very professional and friendly. Rum Runners bar and grill was surprisingly pretty good for bar beach food . Parking was $25 a day and theirs a $40 a day resort fee so don’t think all you’re paying for is the room price. I would give it overall...

"Horrible experience. You gotta pay $70 per room extra fyi when u check in. Resort fee and parking. So $700 for 1 night. No one would bring sheets and blankets. Or answer phone. I had to hunt down the sheet room and a person. The lady at desk was just on her phone not answering the phone nor did she put phone down when I went in. Ordered kids some fries… $7, had 10 small fries. The beach chairs I was told was in fees, nope another $70. Won’t return ever."
