"Cons (not very many). Finding the main entrance on arrival is a challenge, especially if you are not familiar with the area. You have to turn a block before what the GPS says. It is on a side street. The shower pressure was low, but what a beautiful shower! The adjoining room door on our side kept slamming all hours of the day and night which we think was a wind tunnel effect between the two rooms. That was annoying, but tolerable. On our last night at about 1:30 in the morning, there was a fire...

"Had an awesome stay at this almost beachside hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to."

"Great place to vacation. Plenty of restaurants on or near the property. Lots of pools, hammocks, fire pit, Adirondack chairs. Super friendly staff, very helpful. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool. Well located, will definitely go back."

"The customer service and team is amazing, the amenities are such a great aspect of the stay, with a private beach, outdoor bar, wonderful pool area. The main lobby is a short walk from the actual room, about 1 block, as there are 3 properties under the same parent hotel. My experience was great, and I’m happy to have booked the stay, with a great highlight on the quality of customer service and cleanliness. "

"I booked a junior suite months in advance. Arrived and was told not available but I was given an “upgrade”. The upgrade was a king room that faced the bar and provided a limited very obstructed view of the ocean. There was simply a bed, tv/dresser, and a chair that pulled out to be possibly twin size bed but was so visibly soiled I didn’t feel comfortable using in any capacity. "Clean room with comfortable bed. All new inside since repaired after hurricane. Tina, who worked there, was very helpful. Could use a comfortable chair or loveseat, but we sat at the little kitchen table or on the bed. Location is wonderful. would go back. c.s."
