"When I asked for 0 balance for receipt, they said the towel is too dirty. I told them it was their floor in the bedroom that was too dirty since i was in barefoot. The front desk guy was charging me $15 for the towels. I said if you will not remove that charge give me the towel instead. Our group from 3-12 loved the waterslide on the beach & pool with the DJ/kids games was a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful and it perfect for young kids!! "Air conditioning was terrible. Room never got cold. Hotel and room were dirty. Black mold in shower. Parking is not available. We ended up street parking and paying a small fortune to park elsewhere and walking. No ideal with bags. Elevator is broke. Pool is broke and not open. Rooms are loud with hotel guests. . "

"This place was absolutely nasty. I had to get a cheap motel and I was totally prepared for what I thought. The blinds were broke people walked past and could see me and my 14 daughter sleeping. The smoke detector was disabled and torn down. The walls were peeling. Smelled like smoke so bad. The plugs for the wall had black on them like they had sparked before so I could not plug in my phone and had a 8hr drive. I understand cheap but this was non sleeping conditions. "
