"First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. "The property stated parking… except it doesn’t tell you that you have to move your vehicle within every 2 hours or you will get towed! Abd it is on street parking - no Parking lot! The backside (pool area$ is very loud and not safe feeling. There is graphitti. They do not give new towels daily. Very disappointed and unhappy either staff when requested full refund for reservation due to them giving false information which they denied. If you wanna take a chance in getting towed and them not...

"Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me"

"I stayed here with my mom, daughter and sister for a girls getaway and it was just that. It was a nice relaxing “staycation” i would call it. We had a balcony room over looking the ocean and little beach area and it was beautiful. We enjoyed the pools and the restaurant on sight. It was a nice relaxing time we had. Would stay there again!"
