Nice, clean and modern, Every room has a gulf view but the Lower condos have a restricted view due to the palm trees and the lower middle ones can have some noise from the pool area but aren't really bad

A big plus for the South Beach is the quality of the staff . The Hotel Management are obviously very thorough with their recruitment and training methods. Every single member of staff we came into contact with (cleaners , maintenance staff, receptionists etc) were friendly, polite, and helpful.
This combined with the excellent location and facilities made for a very pleasant stay indeed.
We plan to return with some more family members next year.

Fantastic condo, close to the beach, lovely warm swimming pool with beautifal views. My husband, two boys and I had a really great time staying here, condo had everything you needed and so much to do close by. It was great to get two bedrooms with separate living space and kitchen for the same price as a hotel. Thank you!

The Polish lady at Reception was particularly helpful and explained everything we needed to know about our accommodation. Her brother who helps run the Motel was also very pleasant as was the Maintenance man who helped us unlock a suitcase where the lock had jammed. The Motel is very conveniently located for those wanting a beach holiday and they have their own swimming pool which is kept clean and tidy. There are other facilities like shuffle board and a nice garden which leads to the beach....
