"Excellent hotel and local to buses/airport. My daughters absolutely loved the pool — they were more excited about spending time at the hotel than sightseeing around Italy! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed for a proper break. The complimentary croissants were also incredible — easily a 10/10. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a comfortable stay."

"It was good nice clean rooms and property is very accessible from the water is service in Venice which is plus. The downside is there are no restaurants near by and if u are late to check in like we were the hotel does not have many options. Over all was not bad !!"

"We were looking forward to eating at the hotel but the restaurant is shut which no one told us before. Despite sending me a PDF about my upcoming trip, encouraging me to eat there. There is no room service available either even though there is a QR card in the room with the room service menu. "

"We spent two nights, and we’re very pleased with the customer service we received. Both of the ladies working the front desk were amazing! The hotel is dated, some areas seem well worn, but it is a great location, and they were extremely helpful with information on how to navigate Venice, including booking private water taxis for us. They included breakfast was a plus, the breakfast toast was very busy, but managed to keep things running very smoothly!"

"We had a room for 3 which was fairly spacious and comfortable. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Not much around the hotel but only short walk to the water bus which takes about 30mins to St Marks Sq or Rialto Bridge. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - well stocked but perhaps not as nice as the hotels we usually stay in. Parked car which was convenient although certainly not cheap. Okay for a short stay."

"The staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an added touch of wallpaper with a nice picture inside the shower. The room also had a terrace where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or wine."
