"The room was not as described, the pool was not ready due to maintenance and the staff was not knowable nor friendly. The directions were confusing because it’s 2 different hotels in 1 building. I don’t recommend this hotel. "

"Free breakfast and parking. Room was clean and staff was helpful. Also has contactless check out if you have to leave early like I did for a flight I had to catch."

"Overall the room was clean but there was no dishes or kitchen ware. The advertisement mentioned the kitchen being equipped and it was not. When I asked the staff he said we don’t offer that anymore. For an extended stay that’s part of the reasons people choose to stay there making it easy and more comfortable to stay."

"Overall disappointing, I thought Doubletree’s were supposed to be nice hotels. Hotels.com advertised a hot breakfast and then the hotel charge $19 for it. The smoke alarm strobe all night and was very annoying, and the fan was loud. Had a really difficult time sleeping, and with the exception of a few people of the hotel staff were not helpful. "

"Katrina(front desk) was amazing. So courteous, helpful, Just amazing. Room is nice and spacious. Great Kitchenette area, full size fridge. Beds were comfortable. Great location. "
