"Gute Lage, Sauber aber Internet hat nicht funktioniert!"

"It was a cozy little room with everything needed. I stayed for one night, but could have stayed for more if I had time. But one big minus point, communication with the owner was very very difficult. It's a self check-in place, and I didn't receive info even tho I left them like 3 different messages in different times in the hotels-app. I had to contact hotels service and got help from there. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

There was bit of confusion about where to park when we arrived after a long and stressful journey and Lara even came over to meet us and waited for us to grab our bags and show us where to park. The staff are based at the Jasna Resort just a couple of minutes up the road but are super responsive. I didn’t get the young man’s name who gave my kids sweets and...
