I asked where the ice machine was for rooms on 1st floor?I was told I must take elevator and go to 2nd floor area where drink and snack machines r located, it's located beside them. It worked out 1st day. On day 2 one of the 2 elevators to go to floors 2, 3, and 4 was out of service. A bit inconvenient to get ice. but things break down, Ok. "I would never stay at this Sleep Inn again. We booked a jacuzzi room expecting a relaxing stay, but it turned into a complete disappointment. When we got to the room, the bed wasn’t even made properly. The biggest issue was the jacuzzi tub—it was broken and flooded our room. There was so much water that I’m sure it likely leaked into the room below us. We immediately notified the staff, but they made no effort to help clean up the situation or move us to another room. "Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one...

"The staff was amazing!! Next I'm in town we will stay with them again. They went above and beyond for us. They even let us swim in the pool past closing hours ty so much for being so awesome 😁"

"The room smelled like a dog and the floor’s were filthy, it was water leaking from the ceiling. The lady at the front desk was nice when we got there on Thursday, but the other two from Friday through Sunday wasn’t very pleasant. They really need to upgrade the stay wasn’t good at all."
