"The horel room was good for cleanliness but there was only 1 towel in the bathroom. There was no extra linens for the sofa bed, the tv was broken, the coffee pot didn’t work and there no was no blow dryer. "We were moved to a different property because of electrical issues. The different hotel was basically a truck stop that felt unsafe. Upon check in, by a self admitted sick person, we learned that the room received sells for $20+ less than we paid for it due to the downgrade from the Baymont. "

"The pool and jacuzzi were drained. The room we were first checked into didn't have any beds/furniture in it. The 2nd room we were checked into only had 1 bed. There were no room services during our stay. Carpets were dirty."
