"Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that. Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things. We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed. Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational. They could have at least offered discounts for the adventure part of the resort. Our bed was hard & uncomfortable but the pillows were ok. We ordered pizza from off site because we've had bad experiences with the resort food. So disappointed with our stay."

"It was very clean and the pools were nice. The employees weren’t very friendly or helpful. We were happy about the free breakfast but were instantly disappointed. At 9:00am they were almost completely out of everything. The bagels and pastries were completely empty. We kept waiting for things to be refilled but it didn’t happen. There was no water offered at breakfast. I asked the front desk if it was there and I was just over looking it. She said there is a water pitcher next to the juice and if it’s empty tell staff in the breakfast area. Went back and the staff there said they no longer offer water to go get it front the front desk. The front desk said to go tell the breakfast area to get me a glass of water. I declined to do so because the breakfast staff was very short and rude already. So the front desk showed me a water filling station but it didn’t work. They said they would have to call maintenance. I was just trying to get some water for my baby. Overall lacking in customer service but very clean. I will say the bar staff was exceptionally fast and friendly."

"Breakfast was very good. Afternoon meal was a great addition & very good. Love the parking garage. Helps keep vehicle cool & out of elements. Our room was spotless which was awesome. ALL staff went above & beyond to answer questions we had. Also, the kindness they showed to everyone was amazing."

"No breakfast menu. Hanging towels next to toilet, garbage piled up even though we didn't have a Do Not Disturb. Only took garbage one day. Black bugs on sink and in bed, they say leave dirty towels on the floor left my dirty washcloths on the shower floor. Never picked up. Very disappointed the amount of money we spent the rooms are beautiful. But the cleaning staff nowhere to be seen. One morning we were leaving she asked us if we needed anything I asked for extra creamer she didn't even do that. We usually stay at BNBs this is our first time in a hotel after many years and so very saddened by it "
