"This is our second staff here. and sadly it didn't match to the first visit. our room wasn't ready, even though it was past checking time, so they put us in a different type of room. the hallway to that room smelt like cat pee, which the smell was leaking into the room and the bedding was visibly torn. I reported it to the front, they switched us back to the room we were originally assigned and said it works be an hour. that wasn't an issue, as we were headed out and wouldn't be back until...

"We had a great stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and room was decent size. Breakfast was your typical fare with a good amount of seating. The only issue we had was with rowdy kids in the pool area but that's not the fault of the motel."

"Location was great and the outside amenities were good. I liked that you were able to use both pools at both locations. My only complaint was housekeeping. We stayed from Sun-Sat and they only made our beds on Wednesday. Never vacuumed and didn’t take the trash the last few days we were there. We had to ask for extra towels each day since they only gave us 2 with 4 of us staying in the room."

"Every single amenity was just fine. the hotel's exterior and interior appearances were both clean and it was easy to get to off the interstate. the staff was cordial, patient, and informed.... they were well above average in customer-related skills. the breakfast certainly met normal expectations. i can give these features all at least a 9. the only two things we found to be issues were, 1) the overall darkness of the room with no overhead lighting and only two lamps. 2) the...
