You go there for the views and they didn’t disappoint. The service was great as the staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant food was just okay.

Breakfast is free and GREAT, you need to use your own phone to call though. The place itself is for views and relaxation, the room stays cool, the tubs near the windows are spectacular. The pool is chill and overlooks a beautiful scenery and the hot tub is warm, unsure of making the jets power up. I will say i hope u do leg day because getting to your room can be a mission BUT you get a lot of privacy and thats great. Beds are good, but inly have two head pillows and two decorative pillows. Water can be an issue but not for long, this place is pretty secluded. The staff is AMAZING, i cannot say how helpful, attentive, and kind they are. They really makde the stay perfect. If youre an animal lover. Theres 2 doggies that run around there and a kitty‼️😍 my husband and inhad a great time, it is far from stuff so if youre not going to be visiting the city stay here, otherwise its like 40+ away, but great pupusas about 25mins away. I enjoyed my stay, theres a restaurant on site too if you dont want to drive.

My stay at was absolutely wonderful. The view is absolutely breathtaking. It is worth every dollar. The staff, the room, and general vibe was off the charts. I booked the honeymoon room so that I could use the net. I would stay here again no question. My only negative comment is the smell. It could just be the area but it was pretty off putting the first day. Other than that I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Breakfast is included and the hotel restaurant is delicious!

I recently stayed at Hotel Tres Piedras in El Salvador and had a mixed experience overall. Positives: The views are absolutely outstanding. Both from our room and throughout the property, the scenery is truly the highlight of the stay. The staff was another strong point. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful, attentive, and genuinely cordial, which made a big difference. The included breakfast was also very good, with great flavor and a nice variety of options. Negatives: There are a few areas that need improvement. The pool was quite disappointing. It was not heated, so we couldn’t really enjoy it due to the cold temperature. The water jets were also not functioning, and overall it felt a bit unclean. Additionally, there was no hair dryer in the room. We requested one, but it took a full day to receive it. Lastly, the room lock was defective, which was inconvenient and concerning from a security standpoint. Overall, the hotel has incredible potential thanks to its views and staff, but some maintenance and attention to detail would really elevate the experience.

We had a great overall stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking, definitely a must-see and one of the highlights of the trip. The complimentary breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, which was a big plus. The amenities were also very nice, the pool and spa were always heated and well-maintained, making it really enjoyable to relax. However, there were a couple of downsides. The service at the restaurant was quite slow, it often took a long time for staff to come take our order or even ask for drinks. Also, we had requested an ATV tour a day in advance, but were only informed at the last minute that the ATVs were not working, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and communication.

My stay here was honestly disappointing. I was really looking forward to it because of the hype, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The room I received was not the same as what was shown in the description, and there were ants throughout the room. When I brought it up, I was told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. Room service also never showed up after I was told they would, and the food overall was just okay. The hotel itself could definitely use better cleanliness and attention to detail. My room was also a bit of a walk with multiple stone stairs, which made it difficult, especially when leaving. I asked the front desk for help with my bags for departure, and no one came, with no follow-up or apology. The only highlight of my stay was the view, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, everything else fell short.

omg it was like home they made me feel so special ,the property is super clean and it has all amenities the staff was Very nice we ordered our breakfast to the room and it was fabulous the place is in a perfect location, quiet and beautiful . Whenever I come back to El Salvador, I will be booking this again i promise to love it
