"Its fine and certainly well located, but very basic. Sheets pretty rough and the towel had been left in a washer too long. Very musty smelling. Be warned, hotel is right under bell tower and you do hear it throughout the night if window is open."

"Excellent location and great number of things to keep you busy with, as we only book the accommodation on the day we arrived we really loved the experience. We arrived on Christmas Day and the restaurant was open and served a wonderful dinner. If we plan to go back to Germany we certainly will visit here again as it was one of our favorite stays. "Nicly situated hotel with beautiful view over Bodenmais. Pool, sauna, garden, restaurant and bar at the hotel. New proprietors (June 2025) which did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. A lot of out door activities avaliable in vicinity. Summer rodel was on our 12-year top list. Staying at Luca in Bodenmais gave access to a local activity card which gave really good discounts on a lot of activities - for instance was two tours with summer rodel at Silberberg, ski lift and tour in...
