The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay.

Apart from being tricky to find, it was a great central location, excellent Breakfast and just as it looked in the picture.

Brilliant location, spacious apartment. Secure, safe, accessible (as far as Venice goes). Would stay again. Rooms were great, bathroom and kitchenette/dining area excellent. Only annoying thing was the incessant WhatsApp messages trying to sell tours and trips before our arrival. A couple of the reviews mention parking. There is no parking - it’s Venice! Amazing apartment in a great location. V clean and tidy. Valentina was very helpful with tips and suggestions. Highly recommended. If I had to gripe about anything it would be that mosquitoes were too abundant but not sure they could have done anything about that.

We were glad to experience the same good quality of our previous stay in this place.

Stayed in the appartment with a family of 5 for 4 nights. Great location, near all transport links but quiet at night. Effective air con in July, comes with a fridge and a small safe, plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, also next to park. Had a double bed upstairs, 3 single beds downstairs and a table for eating. Wifi supported 3 youtube streams which kept the kids happy. Plenty towels and hot water.

This is a great place on a canal just adjacent to St Marks square. The suite is lavishly made with a dining room housing a kitchenette, a drawing room with a sofa bed and a bed room. It has great views. We stayed on the top floor and could see the tower on St Marks square. The breakfast is pretty basic. we really enjoyed our stay and was guided from the water bus station , to the hotel . the apartment was large and well kitted , air con worked a treat .
