We asked for local restaurant recommendations and every single recommendation resulted in a fantastic, authentic dining experience. Any request was met with an immediate response. Customer service was superb. This property is truly VIP. "

"We got kick out from our room by 10.30 am while we said we would like to check out at 12 when we made our payment for the room. The reception said ok, then we got back from our lunch on the next day, and they put our bags out in the corridor, insiting that the check out time is 10.30 am"
