"I was in the Romeo & Juliet apartment and didn’t see any staff. But that was not an issue. I had a taxi question and it was answered promptly. The two flights of stairs wasn’t an issue, just a bit of a surprise. Since I’m traveling for 2 months I had a very heavy bag. But I managed. The location was actually perfect. I loved being central to Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. Everything was walkable. My only negative would be the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The ceiling upstairs was so slanted I...

"Room was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The directions on how to find the hotel were perfect and being able to communicate prior to arriving through whats app was great. Vanessa was so helpful and we appreciated the help with reccomendations for dinner, gelato and help booking a water taxi! The water taxi was a great way to get from the hotel back to the train station. "
