Cari Chalet di Isola Verde

"In booking the hotel, it was not clear if breakfast was included in the base price. At first, I thought I saw something where it was included but then later in booking it showed an extra cost for breakfast so I added that to my expense (not a small amount!). To be fair to the customer, this extra expense should have been clearly stated, especially since I saw many customers simply walking in to eat breakfast with no or little checking by staff."

"Great hotel, location and helpful staff"

"Our star wa"

"Good breakfast"

"Nice and clean room."

"Our room was extremely cold last night. We were too tired to call down for help. This morning, we were told that we could have called and asked for heat. Rookie mistake on our part, I guess. This is the time when they are converting from A/C to heat. We thought that we were just doing something wrong when we kept trying to adjust the thermostat."
