"イタリア人は清潔好きな人が多いと聞いていましたので、水回りやトイレが本当に綺麗で驚きました。塵一つありません。カビも見ません。素晴らしい。移動について、ヴェネツィアはちょっとした階段がよくあるので、キャリーケースが重たいとちょっと苦労するかもしれません。なので、朝食のオプションよりも、駅からホテルまでの荷物を運ぶ(片道もしくは往復)有料オプションを選択するかしないかあると、より素敵だと思いました。また、このホテルで特に感銘を受けたのは、スタッフの皆様です。私は日本人なので、イタリア語はおろか、英語もまともに話せず、ホテルのスタッフの皆様を困惑させてしまったと思います。しかし、ホテルモレスコのスタッフの皆さんは本当に親切で、言葉に詰まっても、「もしかして、これですか？」と、ゆっくり聞き取りやすい英語で話してくださいました。夫とも、このホテルは本当に素晴らしく、またぜひ訪れたいと話していました。ありがとうございました。"

"FANTASTIC! My daughter and I absolutely LOVED our stay, our hostess and our ROOM! Canal view in the BEST room…we cannot wait to return! The room was BEAUTIFUL! Beautiful bedding, furniture and the treats with some bubbly YUM! We also value the guest sheet with directions and recommendations for all the best to eat and drink in Venice (all the places the locals enjoy). "We loved our stay at Combo Venezia! It was in such a perfect location! We had a 3 minute walk from where the water taxi dropped us off, and it was easy to find. The reception was super sweet and even filled us 2 large bottles of water we could take to our room. The room was cozy and spacious! We had a view of the canal too! We will definitely return here on our next visit to Venice! "
