Everything was really lovely, as expected from a brand new hotel, staff all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread was great. Great location just a short walk or water taxi from the main town area.

This was a great place to stay—very convenient for getting into Venice and especially ideal if you’re heading out on a cruise from the terminal. The location made everything easy. The food at the restaurant was delicious, though a bit on the pricey side, but it was totally worth it to relax with a drink on the patio. One of the highlights was the luxurious waterfall shower in the room—after a long day of walking around Venice, it was exactly what we needed. You definitely don’t get showers like that everywhere in Italy! The room was a good value, and I would absolutely stay here again. Nico checked us in and was so kind—he even let us practice our Italian with him, which made us feel really welcome!

The hotel looks new and modern, but the rooms are extremely small. We stayed in a triple room, and with more than one suitcase, there was literally no space to move around. The biggest issue, however, was the inconsistent service, especially at the restaurant. One day, the food and service were fantastic. The next, the meals we ordered came out completely different from what we expected. The situation was handled poorly by the waiter, and we ended up paying nearly 40 euros for dishes that my kids couldn’t even eat. Breakfast also varied significantly: great selection the first two days, but on the third, even basic items like eggs had run out. The location is also something to consider -it’s not in the main area of Venice. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get there by water bus. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends and will likely choose a different place next time I visit Venice.

The hotel had a wonderful buffet and the shower pressure was great! I was in room 0016, apparently right next to the staff kitchen. They were incredibly noisy from 06:00- 2330 every day. Clinking dishes, laughing, carrying on, smoking their cigarettes right outside my window. Seemed to care less about trying to be respectful to sleeping guests. Other than that, it was good. Request your room to be at the farther end of the hotel and this won’t be a problem. Also, they didn’t give me washcloths after the first day. Used hand towels to take a shower. Not the end of the world, but a little annoying. The photo is my view. It won’t let me post a video. Kitchen is on the right. Noise coming from those windows.

No me gusto el doble cargo que tuve por la tarifa de una noche, reclame ese mismo día, ya que había cancelado por Expedia, ellos indicaron que había un problema entre Expedia y el hotel Hampton, pero igual me cargaron la tarifa dos vence y hasta ahora no me reembolsan a mi tarjeta de crédito. Puse un mail de reclamo y no dan respuesta. I didn’t like being charged twice for the rate of one night. I filed a complaint that same day, as I had already paid through Expedia. They said there was an issue between Expedia and the Hampton hotel, but they still charged me the rate twice, and I have yet to receive a refund on my credit card. I sent a complaint email, but they haven’t responded.

The location was super easy to access via water, Taxi, and the hotel is new and the breakfast was great. However, the room had no air conditioning at all, and although the rooms were soundproof, the windows were not, so traffic, people laughing, basically a mouse moving was heard clear as day all night long. We spent one night, and got a great deal, so it was worth it.

Die Rezeption war freundlich und sprach sowohl Englisch als auch Italienisch, was die Kommunikation angenehm machte. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen war die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, hat unsere Erwartungen aber nicht erfüllt. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, und das Brot war trocken und wirkte nicht frisch. Zudem war die Angabe auf EXPEDIA, das Frühstück sei bis 11 Uhr verfügbar, falsch. In Wirklichkeit endete es bereits um 10:30 Uhr. Im Zimmer fanden sich dazu keine Hinweise – nur an der Rezeption konnte man nachfragen. Dadurch haben wir an einem Tag das Frühstück verpasst, was sehr sehr ärgerlich war. Am SONNTAG wurde das Buffet pünktlich um 10:30 Uhr sehr zügig abgeräumt, obwohl noch mehrere Gäste am Essen waren. Das Personal wirkte dabei eher gestresst als gastfreundlich, was schade war. In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mir mehr Rücksichtnahme und einen freundlicheren Umgang gewünscht. Auch habe ich mitbekommen das es noch andere Gäste gab die darüber enttäuscht wirkten. Insgesamt war das Hotel zwar sauber und gut gelegen, doch das Frühstücksangebot, der Umgang mit Gästen in bestimmten Situationen entsprechen leider nicht dem, was ich von einem Haus unter dem Namen Hilton erwartet hätte. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfand ich als nicht angemessen.

Hotel is new and clean but the rooms are super small and the beds uncomfortable. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the breakfast was not very good. It was the least enjoyable place we stayed in Italy.

Brand new and thoughtfully designed hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — really appreciated the attention to detail. The only downside was the breakfast. While there were many options, the quality didn’t match the rest of the experience. Even the scrambled eggs lacked real flavor — not sure if it was due to the ingredients or the preparation. Still, overall a great stay and I would consider returning.
