Mir persönlich ist das auch zu kalt. Das Hotel ist an einer Straße gelegen und man hört die vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeuge im Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Seite nahe der Straße). Es fehlt nach der geplatzten Übernahme durch Mandarin Oriental an gutem Management. Auf dem Zimmer war eine Willkommenskarte für einen anderen Gast und es gibt keine einheitlichen Servicestandards.
