"Staff is amazing and very accommodating. Location is outstanding to go anywhere within Venice walking. Hotel is close to back waterway if using private water taxi to/from airport. Convenient to Tronchetto by water. Breakfast is phenomenal."

At the last minute I had to change my plans and leave earlier because of air travel delays and the person at the desk got me immediately connected to a taxi company while the bellhop walked me to the taxi spot. "Excellent property, was travelling with 3 girls stress free location 2 minute walk from drop off of the vaporetto dock, walking distance to everything so central and super safe. The hotel was amazing the staff was super kind and friendly made us feel so welcome , the room was very clean spotless, comfortable beds , very good AC . The breakfast was awesome a variety of everything very fresh, the staff prepared us every morning a really good cappuccino with a smile. Definitely will come back to this hotel on our next visit everything was above and beyond. "

"Across the canal from st mark square area which was nice many restaurants without all the tourists We hired a water taxi for about $50 but the public boat stop was just a short walk Highly recommend Staff was very helpful scheduling water taxi and making dinner reservations "
