"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. "The location of this apartment is excellent - just steps from the Verona Arena. The building has an elevator, the check‑in instructions were clear, and communication through WhatsApp was responsive. The kitchen area was also well equipped. However, I’m writing this review so future guests don’t experience what we did. We booked a two‑bedroom apartment months in advance. "Old and moldy. all apartment smells so bad and the bed mattress are so thinner and old."

"Beautiful apartment and plenty of room. Unfortunately we were there during the heatwave but the fans and portable ac units were very helpful. I wish the narrow “balcony” canal view would have been a bit bigger but that just because I had dreamed of having a glass of wine or cup of coffee overlooking the Venetian canal but it was still very cool and much appreciated. The only thing I would suggest for management is a more modern coffee maker. I did not have coffee, did not know where to buy any...
