"Stayed in this hotel for 7 days and didn’t regret choosing this location over other hotels nearby. This hotel is a stone’s throw away from the Opera House and the famous coffee apartments as well as from Saigon’s Book Street among many other city attractions and tourist spots. The best thing about this hotel are the staff members foremost of whom is An, who has welcomed us from our check in with such utmost professionalism and sincerity to help. He told us that he wants to make sure that all hotel guests are truly happy during their stay and he, together with other team members from the bellboy to the security and personnel at the breakfast buffet to the crew at the rooftop bar did not only deliver but went above and beyond in so many ways! From assisting us with ordering or recommending food via Grab or recommendations on where to go/what to do and always with a smile on their faces, we couldn’t ask for more! Shout out goes to David, Delwyn, and Su at the front door for always being happy to assist; to Amy and Dory at the concierge who, like An, were always happy to assist and help with our needs and queries; to Evelyn, Ashley, Hana, Loan, Judy, and Nhung at the breakfast buffet who are all so patient and very helpful in so many ways; Wendy and the other guys at Maya rooftop bar who are all amazing at what they do; and the unnamed cleaners of our room who always ensure that we have a very clean room to come back to after a day of being away."

"Had a great couple of nights here. I arrived early but was lucky and a room was available. The absolute best part of my room was the view! It was fantastic as it looked over to the marina. The mini bar is free as is the snack and the bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was serviceable. Very good buffet breakfast and lunch, the food was good and varied. Lunch was a reasonable price. Had a drink in the Propellor Bar which has great views - staff are lovely all throughout the property. I’d happily stay here again."

"Had an absolutely fabulous day at the Amaya hotel. From the moment we were picked up by the airport shuttle, through check-in, everything was a wonderful experience. The breakfast today had a very large selection of food and the chef working the omelette station. Not only made the most delicious omelettes, but his technique was so Zen. It made the food taste even better. Everyone on the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Highly recommend this boutique hotel. My only complaint is the breakfast. Food was so delicious, I wish they served food all day long."
