"I read the reviews before booking about it being old but clean. It’s both old, not maintained, and quite gross. The vestibule doors look like you have to have a key to get in when in reality you can just walk right in which is not secure. The staff was wonderful though."

"The location of the property is convenient, but thats the only good thing the property had going for it. For being a new hotel it really felt like I was staying at an old out dated facility. They went very cheap with everything from the cabinets, lighting, air-conditioning system, to the beds! Usually hotel beds are nice and soft but these were stiff and uncomfortable. To top it off, the walls were paper thin so forget about privacy and a peaceful night's sleep unless you can sleep through people's conversations and loud TV noise."

"Unfortunately, the room itself made for one of the worst nights of sleep I've had in a hotel. Our room was on the highway side of the building, and the freeway noise was relentless throughout the night. The hotel provided a sound machine, which suggests they are aware of the issue, but neither that, nor my industrial grade earplugs came close to solving the problem. The traffic noise wasn't just audible—it was the deep bass and vibration from passing trucks and engines that made it feel like semi-trucks were about to drive through our room. We spent the entire night uncomfortable, restless, and on high alert. By morning, we felt exhausted and miserable. If you're an extremely deep sleeper, this may not be a problem for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend avoiding rooms on the highway side—or considering a different hotel altogether if a good night's sleep is important to you."
