"The property is very outdated and not somewhere I would choose to stay again. It feels worn, unkempt, and overall not well-maintained. I also didn’t feel it was the safest setup for children, being located right off a major highway with exterior room entrances. While the staff was friendly and accommodating during our late check-in, the overall condition of the property just wasn’t it."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. My most recent time staying here was for 5 nights. They said every 3 days, housekeeping will come. I received a text that housekeeping would come by my room but when i got back to the room later that evening, they never came. It was an easy fix of going downstairs to ask the front desk for a fresh set of towels but a little inconvenient that the room didn’t get freshened up. I love the breakfast and coffee in the mornings though!"

"Really liked the breakfast buffet each morning. We were assigned the room labeled "handicap room" on the 4th floor. It was a lovely room and fine view. We had no idea how to lower or raise the blinds and had to call for help to do so. Help was very responsive, thank you. If I were handicapped and confined to a wheel chair, I don't think I could have gotten up on the bed! They are very high! The sliding door to the bathroom is a neat idea but the door is so heavy it is very difficult to...
