Hotel is very beautifully location with sight to the village mountains and the room we stayed was spacious and clean. We arrived rather late so it was bit hard to be sure where to park, but did finally checked in and parked car. Nice breakfast and the manager lady and front desk was frie3dly and professional, we had great time at Triberg to buy those clocks and stuff for friends at home...... if we go tehr again, we will stay this hotel again.

The hotel is very clean, well located and the rooms are huge. We have 1 bedroom and a living room with 2 more beds. The hotel is perfect and has so many things for the kids to do. We will stay here again

Wonderful stay!

The staff and hotel were absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the gentleman that went above and beyond for us! We had booked the hotel last minute and he was so accommodating from the very beginning!! His kindness will never be forgotten. The rooms were beautiful and clean and so spacious! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great Black Forest base

Really good base for Triberg and trip on the Black Forest Railway. Glad we stayed two nights and not just one as hotel and staff great. Parking in garage. Good if basic food in restaurant saved the steep walk back into town. Lots of guests in hotel in evening. Indoor pool looked good.

Summer Stay

I booked two rooms and we stayed three nights. We found the facility clean and charming. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and had afternoon drinks on the patio once, but did not try dinner. We love the hotel pup. We were too tired to try the pool facilities but it looked lovely. We’d definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast offered many options. The balcony offered amazing views. Only thing since it was 30 degrees and there was no AC or fan, the room was warm but opening the windows was effective.

Fantastic property. Located high up on the side of a hill with an incredible overview of the town below. Our room had a balcony, and the hotel also had a lovely balcony overlooking the town where one could have drinks. A very nice breakfast buffet is included, and they also served dinner from a menu which is extra. The exterior and the lobby are decorated with folk elements from the area. The staff is cordial and helpful. We did have parking directly in front of the hotel. We really couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay.

This is a three-star hotel, so it's not surprising that it doesn't have air-conditioning or a fridge. It has paid parking, but we found parking in the street. Breakfast was good. The hotel is said to be within walking distance from the city and its impressive waterfall, but it's really too far, so using the car is recommended.

The location was good and rooms were clean. However we were very disappointed by the unfriendly behaviour. The hotel staffs didn't show any kind of pleasant-ness. Breakfast timing given was 7:30am to 10:00am, but by 9:00am eggs and sausages were finished and couldn’t be refilled. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she was in disbelief as if we were lying. On a hot day they were not even kind enough to let us a take the water bottle which was given to us in the room. Surely the bottle of water was included in the hefty room price. Overall this behaviour left a bitter taste in Black Forest.

Wonderful hotel. Huge room with a balcony and a stunning view on Triberg and the Black Forest. The restaurant was perfect for both breakfast and dinner. Great staff who was always helpful and kind.

Fint och prisvärt.

Ett fint hotell, rymligt rum, en gratis vattenflaska på rummet, god mat i restaurangen, det nödvändigaste till frukost med olika slags bröd. Eftersom det låg högt upp från centrum, så kan det vara ansträngande om man vill gå.

Sehr gute Lage am Hang mit einem schönen Blick auf Triberg. Die Triberger Wasserfälle sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Modern ausgestattetes, sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit neu renoviertem Bad. Das Hotel verfügt zwar nicht über eine Klimaanlage, das war aber selbst an einem warmen Tag in der Nacht kein Problem, da man sehr gut lüften konnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Preis- Leistungs-Verhälnis war absolut in Ordnung. Wir würden hier nochmals übernachten.

O hotel não está exatamente no centro da cidade, mas como a cidade é bem pequena se chega em menos de 10 minutos de caminhada. O hotel possui um ótima estrutura e o atendimento é nota 10

Lots to love about this hotel, a very friendly family feel to the place, spacious room with comfortable bed and high quality linens. Unfortunately during our stay we experienced very hot weather and the room had neither air conditioning or a fan, we were happy to have the windows open but experienced smoke rising to the 3rd floor from the bar below, and early morning chat from there too! Breakfast was a bit unadventurous. Nevertheless I would stay here again just for the feel of the place.
