"This was not like the listing. There is no balcony. The bathroom was outdated, there were no dish towels in the kitchen yet we were made to do our own dishes. The air conditioning unit was located in the main area and not the bedroom. The staff communication was very poor. We messaged twice and received no communication back. The mattress was uncomfortable and there was staining on the blanket. The street noise was so loud below. The cost was not worth it."

"It’s old and many things don’t work properly for example the ac is super loud and only keeps the entrance cool. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. The hot water for the shower was off and on and really not that hot. No pressure in the shower either. Very rude when it came to checking as no flexibility was offered for check time unless I was willing to give more money!"

"El alojamiento estaba bien pero no había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y era imposible dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Muchísimo ruido del tráfico y de peleas y gritos continuos en la plaza donde daban las ventanas,ha sido horrible.
Era una tercera planta y no nos informaron que el ascensor lleva tiempo estropeado"
