"Good location and breakfast but room and hotel looking a bit tired. Hot day when we arrived but heating in our room was on full so like a sauna. Asked for a portable fan but reception forgot so had to chase. Also windows in room didnt open properly so hard to get air in"

Leider trügt der erste Eindruck etwas, denn bei genauerem Hinsehen entspricht das Erlebnis nicht ganz den Erwartungen, die das Erscheinungsbild weckt. "This hotel is in a very pretty setting, just steps from the shops and restaurants of Pitlochry. We stayed in the junior suite with two bedrooms which was perfect. It was modern and very clean. We had nice views across the hills and the town. The breakfast was adequate but could have had more variety. ..."

"Beautiful accommodation, tastefully decorated although a few small areas could do with a paint touch-up but this was only minor. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped.
