"Something different with very helpful staff. Location for eating out options was excellent and the city tram was a 5 - 10 minute walk away so easy to get into the city from Leith. Even better the same tram takes you all the way to the airport and as it is near the end of the run seats and luggage storage are not a problem. "The B&B is about a 8-10 minute walk from the tram station that runs to & from the airport (the stop closest is Balfour St). Our room was in the lowest floor (below street level), and was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine; plenty of hot water (though the water heater made a loud noise when in use). "Great welcome from a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The traffic was loud day and at night, we were given ear plugs but they weren’t particularly useful against the noise. That is the only negative, beautiful house , well presented and everything is thought of. "
