"For a traveler passing through, the location is sketchy. I didn’t feel safe. Although the lobby attendant told me there was security, I was worried my car was going to get broken into. There is also a freight train that runs at night next to the hotel. Maybe this isn’t technically the hotels fault but it also didn’t help that there were a bunch of loud teenagers making a ruckus in the hallway well past midnight. Perhaps that is the crowd this hotel attracts.

"Quite old motel, but maintained fairly well. One rickety elevator if you're not staying on the 1st floor. Rooms face the highway and the afternoon sun. Thus, fair amount of traffic noise and HOT on a sunny day. Curtains did little to keep out the sun and the A/C was old and almost useless. "I highly recommend staying here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was hot while we were staying and they came by on the second day to give us some extra bottles of water and to make sure everything was good. It’s a nice relaxing atmosphere, we all slept great both nights we stayed. I will definitely be booking the cottage again next summer for my trip to Saint John."

"I was able to change rooms fortunately due to an issue in hall where my original room was (smelled like chemicals). Rooms were ok. Bathroom very nice. TV did not work properly and never fixed even after I mentioned (it kept lagging). Good location. Easy in, out and around. Restaurant is good. Get the breakfast buffet. Fitness room was above average for the hotel. "

"Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend.
