"Loved the decor"

"I loved the historic building- upgraded with 21stC amenities of course- like electricity and an elevator. Bed was very cozy. Bathroom window faced St. Mary's church and bedroom faced Capitol bldg. A short 2 block walk to a city owned parking garage, $24 for 24 hours. Not bad. And the restaurants all close by. I've been to Annapolis many times, but never overnight, so this was a great spot that my Lady absolutely adored!"

"Overall, my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Annapolis had several strong positives, but also a few maintenance and safety concerns that should be addressed. "This hotel is very run down. Water damage on the windowsills, a toilet that didn't work properly, extremely low water pressure in the shower, and snagged/torn bedding. The room has no storage in either the bed area or the bathroom. The parking is expensive ($35 per day) and no guarantee that your spot will be there for you if you leave and come back. The spots that are open are extremely tight. It's close to everything and the staff was nice, but I would never stay there again."

"This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well.
