Great location and stay

Location is great, very central to explore Tromso. Access to public transport is near. Our apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Ewa at reception was very friendly and willing to assist.

The room was very comfortable. It was also nice to have a laundry room available for guests. Staff was very accomodating and polite. The hotel was convenient for shopping, a mall was about a five minute walk, along with a variety of eating places and supermarkets. We felt very safe too.

Great hotel with lots of space in the room and a very friendly staff. Very walkable to everything downtown. It was also nice to have a key card access to not only our floor, but the entrance to the hotel as well. Only complaint is that there's only one mirror in the bathroom, so multiple women will struggle a bit.

Solo traveler. My stay was great. The room was small but it had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable just perfect. The location was in the middle of everything. Ideal. I walked everywhere. So happy I chose this place for my four days in Tromso.

Happy with my stay

Nice staff, they didn’t answer my email with questions beforehand, so I’d maybe recommend calling. The room was comfy, practical. I love that it was a fridge and tiny kitchen, with some basic kitchen utensils. The TV was tiny and far away from the bed and couch, so I didn’t use it. Good beds, with extra pillows in a closet. Space to place clothes in the closet too, with some hangers. The water pressure in the shower was good if I twisted the shower head to the right setting. The soap in the shower was good, and luckily not filled with fragrance. There was space underneath the sink to place toiletries. The hotel is within walking distance to anything in the city centre, with a grocery store nearby as well. I loved that I could open all the windows and let some air in, but it’s gonna be too loud outside to leave them open at night. But it’s well ventilated, so theres no issue. There was a heater that worked well to keep the room warm and cosy. The blackout curtains worked well.

This property should be rate 2 or 3 stars.........rooms were extremely small (even though I got the room for 3 people), bathroom was the smallest I had seen...no amenities in the bathroom....no breakfast (they sent to a different hotel that is 10 minutes walk and has a below average breakfast for an expensive amount). Location of the hotel was good.

The staff at Enter City, from the front desk (Nasrin and Karolina) to the cleaning team (Maria) were incredibly welcoming. and I'm a little astonished that this facility has not received the highest marks possible. I got stranded in Tromso due to the Lufthansa strike, and so had to stay at the hotel twice (once at the last minute), and the second room was even more spacious and well appointed with a terrific view of the mountains. When I come back to Tromso with my family or university students, I will look no further than Enter City. Some of the hotels can feel quite sterile, but this place makes you feel right at home. I stayed at a few places while I was in the area, and this hands down, ranks as the best. I can't say enough great things about the staff, too!

Warm and comfortable, value for money

Met Nasrin on arrival. She had a wonderful way of greeting and being helpful throughout our 4 night stay which enhanced our time at the hotel. The accommodation was warm in bad weather! The kitchen area was fine but lacked anywhere to dry dishes (could lead to water damage of units). The area around the table and chairs was very dark and would benefit from a light source. There was a loose socket on the TV wall (pointed out for health and safety reasons). Bathroom was adequately equipped and warm. Beds were comfortable. TV simple to use. Issues generally minor and pointed out to help. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Very centrally located making travel easy.
