"Really clean room, comfortable bed, quiet at night, super breakfast and great value.
No negatives only ventured into town because no sky sports tv available in bar. Can’t have it all I suppose!

"Was surprised how big the hotel is. A bit like a maze however, lovely staff to help A bit disappointed the bar did not do cocktails but overall our stay was good. "

"The Mecure is a walkable distance from the train station, and from its front doors and front rooms one can look right down a main avenue to the Esplanade and the Firth of Clyde. The staff was excellent, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast had a wide choice of buffet items. I also had supper two evenings in the hotel, and the wait staff plus food were very good. The items for vegetarians were fine, but not much was available for vegans.
Because of my knee and hip surgeries, I had to ask to change...
