Wonderful

Overall wonderful experience. Staff looked after us well, good facilities, very close to the beach, on site restaurant was lovely too and overall location was good if you wsnt to experience northern Mauritius. Had the odd flies/ants in the bathroom but thats expected of any hotel in a tropical island.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, il faut traverser une rue pour être sûr la plage. Par contre l'isolation des chambres vis a vis des autres logements est inexistante. Le personnel est super .

Ce que j'ai aimé : le jardin et l'emplacement proche de la plage. Accueil sympathique. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas plus de choix pour les menus à la carte.

The property is a little dated and had a few construction works going in the background whilst we were there. However staff were very friendly and would go out there way to make our stay comfortable, even the security guards in the car park were extremely helpful. Good value considering water sports and glass bottom boat is included. Would have liked more dining options or at least bar food to have a few more options as this was a little limited. However overall would recommend.

A TRUE REVIEW - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

What can I say, i do not usually write reviews but i had to for this one, i booked a really expensive 5* hotel in Mauritius using the Hotel.com app and our experience was so bad we was left stranded at the middle of the night. Luckily this hotel was free and taken us in, now i was on my honeymoon and it was a disaster from the start but the manager at this property was a ray of sunshine. His name was Ashley - he was understanding, caring and went that extra mile to make our stay great. I could not thank him enough. He upgraded us to a honeymoon suite and helped us book a car rental - he made sure we had one. He was literally a gem! i cannot express how attentive and nice the staff was, they was all so lovely. From having a disaster of a time to then coming here was amazing. you made our holiday special thank you!

Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Garten, Strand ist innerhalb 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, Sonnenliegen und Schirm von Hotel, Bootshaus mit kostenlosen Angeboten z.B Kayak. Geräumiges Zimmer aber die Einrichtung bräuchte schon Erneuerung. Keine Ala Carte Restaurant, Buffet ist extrem teuer wenn nicht mitgebucht.

A few meters away from one of the best beaches of the north. Welcoming staff with tropical juice. Nice swimming pool with daily activities. The restaurant is just awesome with plenty plenty of options. Make sure you're on half/full board. Downside is that drinks (even water) are not included when youre half board. Gym is OK, but closes at 7:30pm which is too early. Rooms are basic, good bed, a small TV and a fridge/freezer, a balcony. housekeeping was done everyday. The resort offers several water sports free of charge which is amazing! The tennis courts are OK, the balls they provide were a bit too old. Wifi is available in most common areas. The complaint I have is that we rented a standard room that said on hotels.com that it had free wifi, but the reception said some rooms do not have Wifi inside the room, and they proposed we pay some amount to get a modem to use in the room. We took the option, the internet was good, but we were just a bit disappointed that we had to pay for it. All in all, I can say that I definitely enjoyed my stay, and would come back again!

Séjour de rêve

Séjour dans l’hôtel très agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux et toujours prêt à faire plaisir à leurs clients. Seul bémols le wifi n’est pas accessible dans toute les chambres contrairement à l’annonce.

Personale pessimo, fanno finta pure di non capirti pur di non darti retta, non ci tornero' piu'! Il mangiare fa schifo, scarsa quantita' e qualita', anche il personale scortese e poi ti tolgono i piatti mentre stai mangiando o appena ti allontani per andare al buffet! Orribileee!!

Hôtel spacieux avec nombreuses activités. Pas de jus d’oranage ou autre fruit de qualité au petit déjeuner. Pain laisse également à désirer. Animateurs de qualité. Hôtel accueillant, personnels très sympathique et souriant. Chambres spacieuses (bungalow avec 2 chambres). Le négatif de cet hôtel : pas de WiFi dans les chambres, il faut aller à l'accueil ou au bar pour en profiter, l'eau payante pour les repas, même une carafe d'eau......
