"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was newly refurbished. It had a beautiful swimming pool. The restaurant had very good food. The bar was very nice. We received a complementary made to order breakfast and it was conveniently located."

"We had five groups staying over the weekend. All five rooms the air conditioning was barely working. It was set at 62 and was running in the 70's. The compressors would not stay on. I had to sleep right up next to the unit in order to stay cool enough to sleep. I only slept for 4-5 hours and then had to get up. The filters were really dirty, and the stairwells were not clean. This was not my best experience at a Microtel. Terrible time of the year not to have the air conditioning units working."

"We enjoyed the pool. The bed is a little more firm than the other Holiday Inns we have been staying at. It was probably medium, and I prefer soft. This was a good property at a convenient location."

"So we were driving back from Orlando and stopped for the night. I was driving so my husband made the reservation for 3 rooms for our family. When we arrived we found he had accidentally made reservations for 2027. We were able to book 3 more rooms and the hotel itself is fine but we have not gotten our money back for the 2027 rooms. It would be different if we didn’t pay for 3 other rooms. Yes it was a no cancellation and we didn’t want to cancel. Just needed to stay in 2026. How can you...

"Very clean, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked- outside is very basic. A motel style place, but the staff was nice and the breakfast got the job done. "

"The room was clean and beds comfy. But the pool was closed. It was 85 degrees and we weren’t told at booking time the pool was closed, we would have selected a different hotel as we had children with us who wanted to swim."

"I would have liked to give a better review of this property but the clerk who was working the front desk at checkout was surely and would not speak to you. I asked for receipt which you could tell he did not want to print it out. The front desk clerk who checked me in was very friendly and helpful with restaurant information."

"Nice place but a little odd. Has a sauna. No hot tub, no pool, just a sauna. It’s a drive up park outside of your room motel. Rooms are nice but small. Have to go to the bar for ice. A fire pit outside would be awesome. Overall a nice place. Would probably go again."
