"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber, besonders gut hat uns das darum herum, wie Aquarium und Autoausstellung, gefallen. Das Frühstück hätte im Vergleich zum Rest etwas reichhaltiger sein können."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was among the worst I have experienced. Several staff members were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to guest concerns. Whenever I tried to explain an issue, I felt that I was immediately dismissed and even accused of being dishonest rather than being treated with respect and professionalism. What was most frustrating were the numerous unexpected charges. Guests should be aware that calling reception by dialing “0”...

"Hotel is very hot during summer time as they do not have aircond. If we open the window all the flies are coming in. Old hotel, no elevator. Away from the city center."

"Located beside train station which is super convenient. I stayed one night and got the apartment closest to station. Wasn't a problem for me but light sleepers beware. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was a lingering food smell. Would have appreciated if the apartment was aired out for incoming guests. The cleanliness of the shower was also a little suspect with hair and streaks of dirt. Everything else seemed clean. Bed was medium firm and comfy. Communal area is interesting and I...

"The air conditioner broke in the middle of a heat wave in the middle of the night. We called downstairs but we were only able to partially restore it after a lot of effort and waking everyone in the room up. The hotel obviously does not maintain the property as well as they could. They should not be charging the prices they do for rooms with no air conditioning. When we checked out, the staff don’t even ask us how our stay was. Some staff were friendly and helpful but others were definitely not....
