"First of all, we were booked and put in a smoking room, I’m guessing because we booked through Expedia. We had 2 rooms and they were both booked as smoking. Multiple calls were just met with no non-smoking rooms are available. One whole day we had to experience a jack hammer or air hammer breaking of concrete in the room above us. This went on for 8 hours. Couldn’t stay in the room. Calling the desk resulted in we’re at full capacity and can’t move you, and are unable to refund room charges because of Expedia. Room condition was below average with quite a few items in disrepair, notably shower control handle was broken and dangling. We went for the national bowling tournament but probably won’t again due to these hotel conditions. "

"The Silver Legacy is a well maintained hotel and casino. The staff members were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time there."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise, it looked very dated when we arrive but the room was very clean, clean bedding, towels and the view from my 15th floor room was EVERYTHING!. I will be staying here again. Thank you to the staff for a great experience at Plaza Resort Club."

"Wheelchair van users can't stay here period. No parking. What they have marked as van accessible needs a visit from state inspectors. And the accessible room? Not at all. Don't even consider this hotel wheelchair users. Not their fault, but the noise of the city a total nightmare. If you are able bodied and come here to party or play, this place is dumpy but cheap. But if you need to rest, make sure you bring good earplugs. I use this brand often, but this one? I would not stay here again if they paid me!"
