"Though we were not able to get a smoking room we were very happy with our stay, it was too cold to use the pool, and we didnt eat on the property but it did have a fridge and when we asked for a microwave it was provided. Woyld love to stay here again."

"The perfect place to stay if you need a clean, lovely, and affordable room in Reno. The staff is super sweet and gracious. The casino is nice if gambling is your thing. J Resort doesn't have all the big amenities of some of the super casinos (pool, hot tub, spa, etc), but it's central location downtown makes up for that. Restaurants are great too (locals get 25% off with a players card). Also, super easy parking (covered and free)."

"Didn’t use air conditioner, parking was limited and one night had to park next block in a parking garage. Room was pretty clean just a few things that needed to be better. Outside door was messed up, did shut but would stick when opening cause it was falling apart in the lock and opening area. Mimi fridge could be used but would freeze everything and had a lot of frost and ice build up on freezer part. I’ve seen worse rooms but I’ve also had tons better. "

"Paid top dollar for a hotel that only had a gym a cheap restaurant and roc climbing… I changed hotels stayed at the peppermill for the same price it had several restaurants… pool/spa, gambling machines, multiple bars, lots of extras… I felt I was ripped off and over charged for a hotel that offered nothing like the rest of the Reno hotels do… I would compare it to a more 6 with a ihop next to it"
